1. Handmade & Small-Batch Nature

  • All items are handmade, small-batch, or styled individually.

  • Slight variations in color, size, or presentation may occur — these are part of the artisanal quality of our work.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received through our website or approved payment processor.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders if materials are unavailable, if there are issues with payment, or for other reasonable business needs.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Pick-Up

  • We do our best to process and ship orders within the stated timeframes, but all timelines are approximate.

  • Local pick-up or delivery may be offered; specific terms will be listed at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the perishable and handmade nature of many of our products (such as jellies, pickles, and syrups), all food sales are final.

  • Non-food items may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or an error occurred on our part.

5. Custom Orders & Services

  • Custom wrapping, styling, or event services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

  • Any changes to custom orders must be confirmed in writing and may affect pricing or timelines.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Availability of products and services may vary based on seasonality, materials, or supplier availability.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, logos, product names, and designs are the property of The Gifted Haus LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions, misuse of products, or issues arising from third-party shipping/delivery services.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and usage instructions prior to purchase or consumption.
