Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: July 27th, 2025
We take pride in our handmade, small-batch, and styled creations. Each order is prepared with care, using fresh ingredients and thoughtful details. Because of the nature of our work, we have specific guidelines for refunds and cancellations.
Food Items (Jellies, Pickles, Syrups)
Due to food safety standards, all sales of edible products are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Non-Food Items (Artisan Gifts, Plants, Styled Accents)
Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Gift Wrapping & Styling Services
Services are non-refundable once performed.
For cancellations:
72 hours or more before appointment: Full refund.
Less than 72 hours: Deposit or fee is non-refundable.
Custom & Event Orders
All custom work (gift wrapping packages, event styling, or activations) requires a non-refundable deposit at booking.
Balance must be paid before delivery of services.
Cancellations less than 7 days before event forfeit the full deposit.
Refunds Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7β10 business days.
We cannot process refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
