🌿 A Minnesota Maker with a Heart for Craft

The Gifted Haus is a one-person, LGBTQ-owned creative studio in Northeast Minneapolis, crafting small-batch jellies and hand-packed pickles — each made with time, care, and intention.

But really, The Gifted Haus is just me — Scott — creating things I hope bring a little joy into someone’s day. I’ve always loved giving meaningful gifts, the kind that make people feel seen. That love is at the heart of everything I make. Whether I’m hand-packing an order, assembling a gift bag, or wrapping a present for someone special, I want it to feel personal, thoughtful, and just right — whether the gift is for you or someone you love.

My work blends comfort, craft, and creativity: jellies stirred and tested until the flavor feels right, pickles arranged with purpose, and gift presentations styled with the same care. My cats, Johnny and Moira, supervise from their chosen perches, fully convinced they’re part of the creative team.

Handmade, to me, isn’t about perfection. It’s about warmth, memory, and the small moments of care that make something feel human. Every piece is created one at a time, with intention and heart.

Being featured in the Minnesota Makers community is an honor, and I’m grateful to share my work alongside so many incredible creators. Thank you for supporting local, small-batch, handcrafted things — and the people behind them.
